Chilli Wontons

For the Wontons
Block firm tofu, crumbled
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 inch ginger, minced
2 spring onions
1 tsp Chinese 5 spice
1 tbsp soy sauce
Wonton wrappers
For the Chilli Oil
2 tbsp crispy chilli garlic
2 tbsp peanut oil
2 tbsp soy sauce
Sesame seeds, spring onion (garnish)

Method:
Mix the filling for the wontons in a large bowl until it forms a paste consistency.
Put 1 tsp of filling into each wrapper, wet the edges, then fold to seal the edges. Wet the new edges and fold again into a parcel shape.
Steam the wontons until soft, then place in a bowl and sprinkle over the crispy chilli oil.
Heat the oil and pour over top of the wontons along with the soy sauce.
Finish by garnishing with sesame seeds and spring onions.
