Crispy Chilli Tofu

Block of firm tofu
Cornflour
200ml orange juice
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup sweet chilli sauce
1 tbsp hot sauce
1 tbsp lemon juice

Method:
Drain and press the tofu before cutting it into fingers.
Sprinkle the tofu fingers with cornflour on each side, then add to a pan with a generous amount of hot oil.
Cook just until the exterior of the tofu fingers is crispy, the remove from the pan and drain the remaining oil.
To make the sauce, add the orange juice to the pan and allow it to simmer.
Add in the rest of the ingredients for the sauce and heat, stirring constantly, until thick.
Drop in the crispy tofu fingers and stir to coat.
Serve alone, over rice, or between bread/buns for a BBQ ribs dupe.
