Keto Bread Rolls

110g almond flour

10g coconut flour

20g ground linseed

6 tbsp warm water

30g ground chia seeds

5g baking powder

1 tsp sea salt

1/2 tsp each ground oregano, basil, thyme

1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

230-240ml warm water

Sunflower seeds



Method:

  • Mix all dry ingredients except linseed in a bowl.

  • Put the linseed in a bowl with the 6 tbsp of water and leave it aside for 10 mins.

  • Preheat your oven at 200ºC.

  • As soon as your linseed is ready, add it to the dry ingredients together with the water and the apple cider vinegar.

  • Knead your dough and separate it in 6 portions. Make them round and place them on your baking tray on parchment paper preferably.

  • If you want you can sprinkle some sunflower seeds and salt over the buns.

  • You can also make a small loaf using the same recipe, but you will need to extend your baking time a little.

  • Bake your buns for about 45-60 mins.
