4 tbsp tahini
1 tbsp sesame oil
2 tbsp soy sauce
2 tsp rice vinegar
1 cup oat milk
1 cup veg stock
Bock firm tofu
1 tbsp garlic paste
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp chilli flakes
1 tbsp oil
Ramen noodles
Sweetcorn
Crushed peanuts
Spring onion
Chilli oil

Method:
Mix the tahini, sesame oil, soy sauce, and rice vinegar into a paste before adding the oat milk and vegetable stock and mixing into a broth.
Break up the tofu into a crumb then add the soy sauce, garlic paste, pepper and oil then fry until crispy.
Serve the broth with cooked noodles, sweetcorn, tofu crumble, crushed peanuts, spring onions + chilli oil
