Banana Kale Smoothie

makes 1 serving

1 cup coconut water

3/4 cup plant based milk

1/4 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 tbsp honey

1 heaping cup of loosely packed spinach

2-3 cups or frozen sliced bananas (basically keep adding until it's super thick!)

Ice (optional)

Protein powder (optional)



Method:

  • Blend all the ingredients but the banana.

  • Add banana, blend again, and serve.
