Golden Milk

1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp turmeric
1/4 tsp vanilla essence
1/8 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp maple syrup
pinch black pepper (to activate turmeric)

Method:
Blend all ingredients together in a food processor, to generate nice foam.
Boil in a saucepan, pour into your favourite mug, and enjoy!
