Peanut Butter Cookies

270g peanut butter

192 g sugar

6 tbps non-dairy milk

2 tsp vanilla extract

120 g plain flour

1 tsp baking soda

Pinch of salt

Method:

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C

  • In a bowl, add the peanut butter and sugar and mix until creamy.

  • Stir in the milk and vanilla.

  • Then add the flour, baking soda, and salt, mix to combine.

  • Scoop out the dough and roll into balls, about 1.24".

  • Place the balls of dough about 2.5" apart on a baking sheet.

  • Using the back of a fork, flatten in a crisscross pattern.

  • Bake for 12-15 mins and allow to cool.
