Peanut Butter Cookies

270g peanut butter
192 g sugar
6 tbps non-dairy milk
2 tsp vanilla extract
120 g plain flour
1 tsp baking soda
Pinch of salt

Method:
Preheat the oven to 180°C
In a bowl, add the peanut butter and sugar and mix until creamy.
Stir in the milk and vanilla.
Then add the flour, baking soda, and salt, mix to combine.
Scoop out the dough and roll into balls, about 1.24".
Place the balls of dough about 2.5" apart on a baking sheet.
Using the back of a fork, flatten in a crisscross pattern.
Bake for 12-15 mins and allow to cool.
