Tofu Scramble

2 Tbsp Nutritional Yeast

1/2 Tsp Garlic Powder

1/2 Tsp Paprika

1/2 Tsp Onion Powder

1/4 Tsp Cayenne Pepper

1/2 Tsp Turmeric

1/2 Tsp Salt

1/4 Tsp Pepper

5 Medium Mushrooms

1/2 Large Onion

3 Cloves Garlic

350g Extra Firm Tofu

1/4 Cup Cilantro



Method:

  • In a large pan, mix the mushroom, onion and garlic with 1/2 cup of water and then simmer for 10mins.

  • In a large bowl, mash the tofu with a fork to desired consistency then add it to the pan.

  • Mix nutritional yeast, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, cayenne pepper, turmeric, salt and pepper in a bowl then add to the pan.

  • Add 1/4 cup of cilantro.

  • Mix well and cook until desired texture is achieved.
