Fudgey Brownie Bites

1 avocado
1/2 cup coconut oil, plus 1/4 cup for frosting
1/4 cup cacao powder, plus 2 tbsp for frosting
1 scoop (44g) protein powder of choice
liquid stevia, or sweetener of choice, to taste

Method:
In a blender or food processor, blend 1/2 cup coconut oil and the avocado until smooth and lump-free.
Transfer this mixture to a bowl, and stir in the scoop of protein powder and the 1/4 cup of cacao powder.
You may have to mix it with your hands, and then knead it a bit.
Taste the dough, and adjust the sweetness level to your liking.
Press the "dough" into a pan. I used a 9x4" loaf pan.
Melt together the 1/4 cup of coconut oil and 2 tbsp cocoa powder.
Add stevia/powdered erythritol to your liking.
Pour this over the dough in the pan, and freeze for about 15 minutes, until the glaze has set.
Remove the pan from the freezer, carefully run a knife around the edges and pop the whole thing out.
Cut into ten pieces, and enjoy!
