Scones

makes ~12 scones

2 cups + 1 tbsp self raising flour

2 tbsp + 1tsp sugar

1.5 cups + 1 tbsp coconut milk



Method

  • Preheat oven to 220ºC.

  • Mix together the flour and sugar.

  • Stir in the coconut milk until just combined.

  • Place the dough on a floured surface and fold 4/5 ties, until no longer sticky.

  • Shape, brush with coconut milk, and place in the oven.

  • Cook for 17-20 minutes.
